Requirements
- Proficient in AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure and services
- Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and CloudFormation
- Strong experience in Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or other IAC tools
- Experience with AWS networking services like VPC, Subnets, VPN, Direct Connect, and Cloud Connect
- Familiarity with best practices for securing AWS resources and data
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
- Manage and maintain AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and others
- Ensure infrastructure is highly available, resilient, and cost-optimized
- Set up and manage networking and connectivity solutions in AWS (e.g., VPC Peering, Direct Connect, VPN)
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and ensure robust security practices
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud-native applications
- Keep up to date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices, including learning AWS Cloud Connect services (if not already proficient)
- Work on continuous improvements for monitoring, logging, and alerting for AWS-based services
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Connect services
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog
