Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance/Accounting
- 5 years of work experience
- Expert understanding of SAP, Oracle SmartView, and Power BI applications
- Strong interest in finance digitalization and process improvement
- Pro-active nature with a hands-on mentality/attitude
- Curious nature that has the ability to question status quo
Responsibilities
- Lead Global Operations Finance in IBP 2.0 initiatives
- Lead various finance digitalization projects within the Global Operations Finance team
- Identify new areas of finance automation, and work to implement
- Collaborate closely with Operations Finance Staff, Factory controllers, NXP Finance Digitalization team, Supply Chain, IT, and BP&A Financial Reporting team
- Supervise a team of 3 based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan
