Requirements

  • Candidate must have a required minimum of two years’ experience as an administrator managing expenses via Concur platform
  • Ability to manage work independently and collaborate across the team as needed to drive results
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • High school diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Verify expense information, audit required receipts and approve travel and expenses submitted for reimbursement through the Concur platform
  • Hold employees accountable to company’s travel and expense policy and educate as needed
  • Maintain accurate financial records for all submitted expenses
  • Monitor and track travel-related spending to ensure adherence to budgets
  • Generate reporting on travel and expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Cross-trained to successfully execute the payroll process to serve as a backup as needed by verifying timesheets to ensure accurate payroll information

Preferred Qualifications

  • ADP experience is preferred and not required
  • college education preferred
