Requirements

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as above average computer abilities.
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to high-value clients
  • Assisting with account and product inquiries while also performing account maintenance
  • Establish a professional rapport with each client
  • Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking experience is preferred
  • Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
