Requirements
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as above average computer abilities.
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to high-value clients
- Assisting with account and product inquiries while also performing account maintenance
- Establish a professional rapport with each client
- Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking experience is preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
