Responsibilities

  • Support the development and lead on the implementation of comprehensive leadership and talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and in the context of a skills driven organisation
  • Develop and implement acceleration strategies to strengthen the leadership pipelines for critical roles/skills and drive global alignment and consistency
  • Work closely with Talent Management to support top talent/successors identification in a skills driven organisation and to identify and implement assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate employee potential and drive fairness
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and drive global consistency (e.g. Global Graduate Program)
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex and global leadership development/strategy projects, ensuring alignment with the broader People Strategy
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and optimize leadership and talent development strategies, as well as to monitor KPIs and impact
  • Partner with DEI to support Bramble’s key ambitions and targets
  • Contribute and provide SME to evolve leadership practices and experiences in a skills based organisation
  • Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance and increase leadership development effectiveness and the learning experience
  • Develop and drive communication and change management plans to support the creation of a learning and development culture globally
