Requirements
- Proven experience in retail program management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large, diverse teams
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience working on large national real estate portfolios/programs
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Proven success in gaining credibility and building trust with client
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between retail client, client real estate team and JLL’s account leadership teams, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving requirements, provide strategic insights, and identify opportunities for additional value creation, ultimately driving mutual growth and success
- Support the execution of approximately 450 projects valuing $250M annually
- Provide strategic leadership and direct oversight for a team of five program leads, while indirectly managing an extensive execution team of sixty-five region/team leads and project managers
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align program objectives with overall business goals and strategies
- Ensure efficient program delivery and optimal resource allocation across multiple regions, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
- Drive organizational and process improvements for key programs, including New Financial Centers, Renovations (interior/exterior), and ATMs, including Site Acquisition
- Oversee program delivery, conducting risk assessments, execution reporting, developing playbooks, process mapping, managing change, resource modeling, and providing executive reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or PMP certification is a plus
