Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent years of experience
- 5-7 years of leadership experience preferred managing both exempt and Non-exempt team members
- Must have Transportation management (TMS) and project coordination experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Lead transportation, fleet, and equipment delivery across multiple rental sites
- Manage inventory flow and optimize dispatch to meet demand while cutting fuel and labor costs
- Supervise and develop logistics staff as well as fleet optimization
- Ensure DOT/safety compliance and manage third-party transport contracts
- Align logistics with business goals, analyze metrics, and support growth through process and fleet improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years of leadership experience preferred managing both exempt and Non-exempt team members
