Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Experience in gourmet and valet service
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication
- Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may have
- Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times
- Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards
