Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • B2B marketing experience – preferably for a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B setting across complex and diverse industries and/or regions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of driving marketing performance and ROI for a global portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with high-performing teammates and cross functional team members to fulfill a common vision and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, as well as on the key competition and their positioning to understand the needs of our capability marketing messages and collateral.
  • Help refine customer-centric positioning for Mastercard Services capabilities to support scalable and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Translate capability positioning into cohesive stories and campaigns that bolster the Services brand in each capability’s domain and accelerate commercial opportunities.
  • Help ideate, develop, and continuously optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and customer touchpoints for Mastercard Services’ capability portfolios.
  • Utilize all market insights, customer feedback, and performance analytics to ensure campaigns are effectively driving desired outcomes while maintaining consistency with our brand identity and overarching business objectives.
  • Extract actionable insights from campaign performance data to support decision-making.
  • Deliver regular updates to marketing leadership on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing our marketing effectiveness and achieving business goals.
  • Ensure a cohesive approach to working across functions to deliver compelling campaigns and buying experiences that drive customer engagement, brand loyalty, and business growth.
  • Proactively serve as subject matter expert regarding marketing strategy and competitive positioning of our Services offerings.
  • Responsible for influencing colleagues at all levels of the organization regarding the integrated capability marketing approach for target audiences and regions.
  • Serve as a central liaison for the integrated capability marketing plan, fostering robust collaborative relationships among product, product marketing, commercialization, communications, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Share best-practices and expertise of capability marketing with the broader marketing team at Mastercard.
