Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in healthcare, managed care insurance, financial forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, actuarial, and management of teams.
- Excellent communication skills along with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively evaluates Company performance by leveraging both Financial Statement and Date of Service analyses to inform strategic decisions that drive operating income growth.
- Combines focused analytical research, complex financial modeling and business decision support related to long-term, sustainable operating earnings growth actions and strategy.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise to implement changes and enhancements to our financial systems.
- Provide strategic direction, continuous coaching, development and feedback while leading a small team including rotational development program members.
- Assist in the development of ad-hoc analyses and actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Leverage strong communication and presentation skills.
- Continuous process improvement and leveraging of technology.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience designing and executing process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep Understanding of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, AMRS, etc).
- Advanced degree in Finance or Business, CPA preferred and/or FSA desired.
- Supervisory or managerial experience.
