Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Drive credit applications and sales to meet/exceed goals.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships at DPR, District and Store level.
- Communicate credit performance, business updates and share best practices during Regional and District calls and meetings.
- Adhere to client guidelines for field interactions with field leadership.
- Develop credit strategies with DPR’s that align with client internal processes and priorities.
- Audit credit signs and point of sale credit materials and communicate issues outside of compliance policies.
- Conduct on-going credit training.
- Maximize/leverage credit support and commitment at District/Store level to drive performance.
- Collaborate with internal functional leaders.
- Attend/support store opening, relocation events or off-site meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties and or special projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly.
- Team orientated.
- Customer focused mindset with ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written, oral, nonverbal).
- Previous Field Sales experience will be a plus. Strong finance business/industry acumen.
