Requirements
- Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. An associate degree will be considered.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a Software/Cloud Company.
- Fluency in at least one foreign language is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns, and email.
- Identify and qualify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns.
- Emphasize product benefits and features to validate sales-ready opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to produce a smooth transition of created opportunity.
- Capture accurate and complete records of all prospect and customer interactions in the Avetta Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects in the Avetta CRM.
- Use company CRM to track all activity including recording names, contact information, actions that are taken, and reactions of prospects and customers contacted.
- Flexibility with schedule to accommodate global time zone coverage.
- Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts.
- Take inbound service calls from suppliers.
- Maintain responsibility for a targeted number of suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inside sales, tele-prospecting, or cold calling preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desired.
- CRM (Salesforce.com) experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and web presentation solutions like Zoom, and Salesforce.com.
