AP/AR Trust Accounting Analyst

• 1 plus years of experience, College Graduates are welcome to apply if have an Accounting Degree
• Intermediate Excel Skills: Pivot Tables and Vlookups

Responsibilities

• Manage AR/AP for trust account
• Print daily bank report
• Apply deposits for accounts in agency management system (Sagitta, IMS)
• Track / follow up on payment application issues i.e. short/over payments
• Process payments to insurance carriers out of agency management system
• Generate and send remittance emails to carriers
• Generate weekly invoice listing reports for collection templates
• Generate monthly invoice listing reports and sending them to brokerage team
• Offset / correction cleanup – weekly
• Manage accounting mailbox
• Keep track of notices of cancellations received and sent to appropriate party
• Generate weekly deposit tickets of all payments applied
• Bank Reconciliations
• Act as a backup for other Trust Accounting team members as needed
• File documents into our electronic filing system timely and accurately
• Other duties and projects as assigned
