Requirements

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine inventory control processes by identifying data discrepancies, monitoring accuracy trends, and resolving errors across multiple work centers.
  • Document and standardize procedures by developing and maintaining clear, effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support inventory workflows.
  • Deliver meaningful insights through weekly inventory health reports that highlight key metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive collaboration and problem-solving by partnering with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for inventory issues.
  • Manage end-to-end inventory reconciliation within SAP, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
  • Champion compliance by upholding and enforcing company inventory management policies and standards.
  • Troubleshoot proactively—identify potential inventory issues, resolve them efficiently, and provide timely updates to leadership.
  • Own the cycle count program, conducting data analysis to improve accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis-related role, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • A curious and solutions-oriented mindset— you enjoy digging into problems and finding innovative ways to solve them.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
  • Experience with order management, including familiarity with supply/demand matching and order scheduling processes.
