SCA Video Teleconference Technician

One of the following: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of audio / visual (A/V) experience, Associate’s degree in A/V, media technology, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of A/V experience, Bachelor’s degree in A/V, media technology, or related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of A/V experience
Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
Must be able to work on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington
Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)

Sets up, tests, maintains, operates, and troubleshoots Non-classified Internet Protocol (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment
Works independently as the MTC liaison when coordinating and scheduling secure and unclassified VTC briefings, conferences, and training events with customers and representatives
Fields frequent interactions with the customer as well as outside customer contacts on routine and spontaneous matters
Makes independent decisions which may impact the organization’s operations and services
Uses Microsoft Outlook calendars and Microsoft Teams for scheduling and coordination
