Quality Business Management System & Expertise

Experience in the aerospace industry, quality management systems
Experience working with suppliers
High level of knowledge of SAP software
Internal audit experience (methodology and factual approach)
Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, flexibility, integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and ethics
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
Certificate or equivalent in quality or engineering in a field related to the manufacturing industry (aeronautics, mechanics, engineering, project management, etc.)
Oral and written bilingualism is essential
Good working knowledge of the Google suite and Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of AIRBUS COMMERCIAL tools and processes required.

Contribute to the implementation of the supplier monitoring process in accordance with Airbus Canada procedure QMS-09-02
Create internal audit checklists relating to the Purchasing processes
Implement the internal audit methodology to ensure global monitoring of adherence to the Engage Supplier and Control suppliers processes
Anticipate and manage risks arising from process failures
Update the AIRBUS CANADA supplier base via SAP and ensure visibility, internal communication and connection with Airbus Europe tools
Ensure internal customers are made aware of the supplier monitoring process to ensure effective deployment
Contribute to the development and deployment of required learning solutions as an SME for quality, methods and tools
Define and ensure periodic reporting to guarantee continuous improvement of the process
Aim for continuous improvement of the supplier monitoring process and its application within operations
Contribute to the company’s certifications and interfaces with external Quality authorities
Apply and use AIRBUS corporate tools to manage and communicate supplier surveillance activities for AIRBUS CANADA.
