Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Python, R, or other programming skills for data manipulation
- Business acumen – ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical data solutions
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and technical rigor
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure data solutions are aligned with company objectives
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to define track KPIs, providing ongoing monitoring and updates to stakeholders
- Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments to inform decision-making and optimize processes or products
- Implement, test, and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, or other orchestration and ETL/ELT tools
- Knowledge of SQL engines/data warehouses such as Presto, Trino, Snowflake or Redshift
