PAY: Starting $38 per hour + / DOE!
MDS Coordinator – Full Time – Monday – Friday (weekend flexibility as needed)
- Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.
- Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.
- Files the MDS documents in residents’ charts.
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.
Minimum – 1 year MDS experience, preferred.
Must have valid LVN License in the state of CA.
