HR Business Partner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years demonstrable experience within the human resources field required.
• HRBP experience preferred.
• HR coordinator experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on effective leadership practices.
• Partner with functional experts on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including new employee orientation, leadership development and cross-training.
• Conduct investigations on employee complaints that could result in legal ramifications or organizational exposure.
• Facilitate the performance management process and provide mentorship to leaders on issues affecting morale, performance, professional development and overall employee satisfaction.
• Implement and communicate HR programs, policies, and employee guidelines to achieve goals and fulfill legal requirements. Ensure consistency across the organization with all existing programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree Preferred
• HR coordinator experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
