Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
- 3+ years demonstrable experience within the human resources field required.
- HRBP experience preferred.
- HR coordinator experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on effective leadership practices.
- Partner with functional experts on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including new employee orientation, leadership development and cross-training.
- Conduct investigations on employee complaints that could result in legal ramifications or organizational exposure.
- Facilitate the performance management process and provide mentorship to leaders on issues affecting morale, performance, professional development and overall employee satisfaction.
- Implement and communicate HR programs, policies, and employee guidelines to achieve goals and fulfill legal requirements. Ensure consistency across the organization with all existing programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree Preferred
- HR coordinator experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
