Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing brand channels or equivalent on a major platform (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok) or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite)
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and content formats
- Analytical mindset with A/B testing and performance refinement experience
- Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Stay deeply immersed in the platform’s ecosystem, including feature rollouts (e.g., YouTube Shorts monetization updates), competitor benchmarks, and content trends
- Analyze content and channel-level performance metrics (CTR, watch time, follower growth, etc.) and deliver weekly insights to guide content and distribution strategies
- Lead A/B testing and rapid response strategy shifts when platform performance changes or new formats emerge
- Own the end-to-end publishing pipeline—crafting engaging titles, coordinating thumbnails, managing post timing, and ensuring metadata accuracy
- Ensure brand and platform consistency across all content while leveraging data to drive innovation and optimization
- Maintain governance and compliance documentation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and support cross-functional teams with technical troubleshooting and training
- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on platform-specific capabilities and opportunities
