Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in workforce analytics or similar data-driven role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner
Responsibilities
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, patterns, provide insights and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with A&I Partner and other HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs for workforce insights and suggest the optimal analytical path to meet the requirements.
- Contribute to evolution and development of dashboards and reports to visualize key workforce metrics
- Provide analytical support for strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Contribute to the development of analytical models
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with machine learning and predictive modelling techniques
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Project management experience
