Requirements
- Experience in managing and developing a Track and Trace Contingent Workforce (CW) team, ensuring high performance, consistency, and adherence to service levels.
- Ability to build and implement scalable SOPs for exception management and escalation processes that drive operational efficiency.
- Strong focus on real-time shipment monitoring, rapid exception resolution, and effective carrier communication.
Responsibilities
- Own business outcomes — be directly responsible for our cost and efficiency metrics and develop plans to improve performance.
- Work cross-functionally with our Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development teams to improve our profitability, enable growth, and influence the progression of one of DoorDash’s biggest bets.
- Drive the strategy, build, and rollout of new product capabilities and operational initiatives to improve our dispatch throughput and fulfillment efficiency.
