Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and generate leads for the sales team.
- Assess the viability and potential of leads through effective questioning and qualification techniques to determine their fit for Newbook’s products and services.
- Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring that prospects have a clear understanding of the value proposition.
- Research and analyse target markets, industries, and verticals to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback from prospect interactions to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales collateral, drafting proposals, and managing follow-up activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate Newbook’s value proposition to prospects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of qualified leads generated, appointments set, and conversion rates.
