Requirements
- Interest in soil fertility and cropping systems
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- Prior experience conducting field-based sampling and/or laboratory work
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply field management practices in field-based annual perennial cropping systems
- Perform analysis of soil and plant materials in the laboratory
- Conduct soil, plant, and grain sampling at specified times
- Process samples in the laboratory
- Manage laboratory and field data spreadsheets
- Assist with inventory and archiving of samples
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience conducting field-based sampling and/or laboratory work
