Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
  • Deep understanding of buyer intent and content mapping for HR decision-makers.
  • Expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Tableau for performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and apply actionable insights.
  • A proactive approach to testing and iterating on SEO initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align SEO with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on our SEO strategy, re-evaluate and iterate to address: Content optimization for informational search terms used by target audience, such as industry trends, workforce strategies, and compliance updates.
  • Content creation of e.g. detailed comparison pages, guides, and resources.
  • Content enhancement e.g. for transactional pages, including demo request forms, pricing pages, and solution-specific landing pages.
  • Conduct ongoing comprehensive keyword research to identify high-intent terms relevant to target audience.
  • Edit all content for SEO optimizations that align by keyword focus, by journey, and by persona to achieve desired results.
  • Perform site audits to address technical SEO issues (e.g., page speed, schema markup, crawl errors) that may impact rankings and user experience.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging, search-optimized assets that address the target audience’s needs.
  • Build testing frameworks to experiment with metadata, on-page content, internal linking structures, and calls to action to maximize engagement.
  • Implement backlink strategies to boost domain authority and build credibility among target audiences.
  • Use advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track KPIs, measure ROI, and refine SEO strategies.
  • Stay updated and act-on search engine algorithm updates and evolving trends in HR-related searches including generative search.
  • Test and adopt innovative approaches, such as voice search optimization, AI-driven tools, and interactive content, to capture HR leaders’ attention.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR-related industries or audiences (preferred but not mandatory).
