Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-product) that drive measurable conversion and retention metrics
- Build and maintain internal and cross-functional relationships, becoming recognized as a dependable and knowledgeable collaborator
- Implement A/B tests across customer journey touchpoints and analyze results to inform optimization strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient project execution and optimize marketing performance
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and recommend tactical improvements based on data insights
- Bring your subject matter expertise to strategy sessions, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience implementing lifecycle marketing campaigns in consumer businesses, preferably within subscription or marketplace models
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and cross-functional partners to achieve project goals
- Strong analytical skills, including experience interpreting data to support marketing decisions
- Solid communication skills with an ability to build productive relationships and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
