Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for a set of products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resources
  • Lead and coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and product lifecycle management
  • Communicate product plans, goals, and status updates to stakeholders across the company
  • Engage with customers and end-users to gather insights, feedback, and understand pain points to inform product decisions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for differentiation
  • Oversee the product development process, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, user stories, and ensure smooth execution of product features
  • Lead product testing and iterate based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and refine the product
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, sharing best practices and helping them grow in their roles
  • Foster a positive, proactive, and results-driven team culture
