Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and support a team that is comprised of: eight (9) Account Managers, one (1) Inside Sales Representative, one (1) Sales Operations Analyst.
- Develop, execute, and deliver results on the branch organic growth strategy.
- Determine priority customer targets for the branch and drive territory growth.
- Performance management and coaching team members to deliver desired results.
- Review and approve proposals to ensure profitability and strategy to win.
- Analyze market trends and competitor’s offers to determine value wedge and pricing strategies.
- Report and present business results to branch management and senior leadership team.
- Work with Sales Operations Analyst to drive usage of CRM and ensure data quality.
