Responsibilities

  • Coordinate phone, video, and on-site interviews with Recruiters, Business Partners, and hiring managers.
  • Manage the application and hiring process, tracking all applicant paperwork, new hire agreements, and associated documentation.
  • Track and send employment amendments to current employees.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Serve as a liaison to applicants, new employees, and hiring managers regarding the hiring process, new hire orientation, and/or employee movement.
  • Input job changes for employees across the company.
  • Help with recruitment efforts such as requisition creation, job postings, referral bonuses, and other Workday Recruitment tasks.
  • Help with Workday Talent projects which includes, but is not limited to, the performance review process, feedback requests, and other talent workstream execution.
  • Execute on projects and tasks that support the Human Resources department.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with job descriptions, job postings, and employee movement.
  • Administer HR administrative tasks, coordinate and distribute employee communications, and conduct reference checks to support the hiring process.
  • Manage the full employee offboarding process, encompassing exit interviews, communication, the return of company property and distribution of personal items, and the administration of severance and release agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive scheduling and logistical support, including managing calendars, addressing internal employee inquiries, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide recruitment support, including reviewing requisitions and professional communication with candidates.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and additional HR projects as needed.
