6+ years of experience in product management; ideally in a multi-user SaaS and start up environment; experience building collaborative products is a plus
Demonstrated experience in leading the development of products and features from inception to launch
Technical and design fluency; comfort discussing concepts with engineering and design counterparts
Strong product instincts; the ability to deeply understand user problems and business opportunities and define a vision on how to solve them
Passion for empowering small business owners to be successful; possess a high level of empathy for our customers and a strong desire to deeply understand their needs
A great communicator who has the ability to influence and build alignment both within a product team and with stakeholders across the company
Strong ownership, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to make your product vision come to life
