Requirements
- A deep technical background in AI model training and dataset requirements.
- 3+ years in Technical Program/Project Management or Technical Product Management or similar role, with a strong technical foundation.
- 2+ years of experience working with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Front-end, Back-end, Cloud, AI/ML, or DevOps technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead developer outreach and partnership initiatives to expand the Subject Matter Expert (SME) community and position HackerRank as a thought leader in technical assessments.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution to build a data annotation framework and dataset curation initiative for machine learning model development.
- Optimize content delivery workflows by identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI research space on software engineering to ensure our platform is targeting the right model training problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with open-source communities and contributing to developer ecosystems.
- Experience with an AI Research organization running its data partnership programs.
- A background in machine learning as a researcher or engineer working on LLMs.
