Requirements
- Proven sales track record
- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial with a proactive and strategic approach to developing customer base
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
Responsibilities
- Targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Making joint sales calls with the Sales Manager
- Conducting monthly coaching sessions
- Developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
