Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience required

Responsibilities
- Ownership of the administration of client and pharmacy claim data reporting
- Ensuring the accuracy and prompt delivery of information to clients and vendors
- Timely and complete resolution of related issues and requests
- Monitoring of outbound files and resolution of errors
- Creation of ongoing and ad hoc files
- Supporting the implementation of new clients through gathering file requirements
- Translating requirements into actual CET files
- Researching and resolving issues that arise
- Creation and documentation of process and procedures
- Overall improvement of processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Rx Claim and Claim Adjudication
- Experience in data sharing and reporting
