Requirements
- Enrolled as a student in a radiologic technology program or health related field of study
- Has worked six months as a student intern within the department
- Has knowledge of basic patient care techniques, demonstrated through division competencies within all divisions of the radiology department
- Meets mandatory education and health surveillance requirements
- Demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, clerical, and cognitive skills required to meet the essential job functions
Responsibilities
- Assist technical staff, clerical staff, physicians, patients, and visitors within the Department of Radiology
- Provide patient care and transportation
- Perform clerical functions
- Manage inventory control
- Assist with image processor activities
- Engage in environmental service activities
