Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science or biological science
- American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification obtained within 1 year of hire
- 1 year of work experience as a Clinical Laboratory Professional at OSU Medical Center in the focused area of oversight
Responsibilities
- Perform specialized automated and manual laboratory procedures
- Verify and report test requests and results
- Ensure the technical quality of tests performed in the laboratory
- Handle administrative duties including instrument technical requirements, validations, and section QA/QI responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, training, and recordkeeping

- Total years of service greater than or equal to 3 years preferred
