Requirements
- 5+ years of business development experience or brand partnership management
- Broad network of business connections across multiple industries
- Strong background in marketing, brand management, or advertising
- Proven track record in building partnership programs from inception
- Clear communicator with an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in various categories such as sports, pop culture, food, TV, and more
- A creative self-starter
- Relationship-building wizard
- Gaming industry experience – an advantage
- Willing to travel domestically when it is safe to do so
Responsibilities
- Identify potential partnership opportunities that will match with our brands’ KPIs
- Manage the entire deal-making cycle – from inception through outreach to sealing the deals
- Lead negotiations with potential partners
- Conduct fact-based and valuation analyses and structure content deals
- Research and maintain relevant market intelligence
- Follow up on contracts and prepare for renewals
- Own, develop and deepen relationships with content owners to support evolving needs
- Operational hacking: develop and seal deals within short timeframes
- Deploy the projects and be the focal point for the company teams
- Oversee the meeting conditions for all stakeholders
