Requirements

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in Recruiting, HR, or related fields
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Source talent for open roles using tools such as the ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, Linkedin Talent Insights, social media, etc.
  • Coordinate interviews for candidates across open positions
  • Enhance candidate experience; provide timely feedback, ensure interview preparedness, and adequate information is provided in advance of interviews.
  • Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with Partners to ensure recruitment and selection processes are harmonious with store approval schedules
  • Post and deactivate job descriptions
  • Gather collate and interpret data on all aspects of recruitment, sourcing candidates, time to hire and the costs involved
  • Streamline the recruitment process and make and implement suggestions for ongoing improvements that can be used globally
  • Continuously evolve and amplify a suite of assessment collateral e.g. Interview scripts, assessment centre format and materials
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment KPI’s as defined
