Requirements
- 0-2 years industry experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills and affinity for learning new software applications, including leveraging AI
- Team player focused on continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in an empathetic and constructive manner
- Embrace and promote a culture of client focus, excellence, integrity, and teamwork, effectively encouraging innovation and open dialogue
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Bloomberg/Factset/MorningStar Direct a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and ongoing monitoring of Neuberger Berman public and private products and strategies utilized within NB Private Wealth
- Evaluation and ongoing monitoring of third-party products and strategies utilized within NB Private Wealth
- Support key stakeholders by helping to provide manager insights including exposure, attribution, performance analysis, and peer group comparisons
- Work on ad hoc projects and requests from key stakeholders
- Help update and maintain internal product guides and databases
- Preparation of relevant business analytics
- Assist in the documentation of and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures
- Partner with Investment Communications Team to deliver relevant information on platform
- Work with PW Operating Platform Team, Data Governance, IT & Operations for all strategy/product related items
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 and 66 exams preferred
