Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a research- or data-oriented field (e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Business), with a full-time graduation date in 2026.
  • Available for a full-time internship from June–August 2025, with the ability to work onsite in our New York office.
  • Prior academic or internship experience with market research, consumer insights, or analytical work.
  • Familiarity with survey tools like Qualtrics (or similar), with a basic understanding of how to design, distribute, and analyze surveys.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain research findings to a variety of audiences.
  • Curious about human behavior, market trends, and how insights can drive great products.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and attitudes.
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with teams across Data Science, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product to inform decisions and shape product direction.
  • Communicate insights through presentations, reports, and dashboards tailored to a range of audiences—from product managers to executives.
  • Able to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  • You’ve heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we’re big fans of their work.
  • You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.
