Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment production preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOPs
- Intermediate computer skills for creating simple queries, spreadsheets, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards of products produced
- Verify production paperwork
- Conduct production floor checks
- Perform GMP and housekeeping audits
- Responsible for Team Member food safety training
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- HACCP certified preferred
