Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment production preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOPs
  • Intermediate computer skills for creating simple queries, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards of products produced
  • Verify production paperwork
  • Conduct production floor checks
  • Perform GMP and housekeeping audits
  • Responsible for Team Member food safety training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • HACCP certified preferred
