Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Working with the HR Leadership team on creating onboarding resources to provide an overview of the benefits plans and enrollment processes through narrated powerpoints and videos.
- Collaborating with the HR Leadership team on reviewing and updating process maps for offer letters and onboarding while evaluating the hiring stages and responsibilities workflow through ADP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any related certifications or coursework in Human Resources would be advantageous.
- Any exposure to the construction industry, human resources, or relevant internships would be a plus.
- Military service a plus
- Bilingual a plus
