Analyst – Acquisitions

Underwrite potential single-family rental investments, including key revenue and expense items
Prepare pro-forma investment return analyses and articulate a point of view regarding assigned projects
Establish and build relationships with third party brokers and homeowners to drive business development initiatives
Research housing trends and economic indicators related to target acquisitions markets
Comprehensive understanding of migration patterns, employment drivers, and other growth trends within specific markets
Perform valuation recommendations for potential acquisitions of single-family homes or communities of homes
Review and interpret third party property reports and market data pertaining to select projects or markets
Analyze underwriting assumptions and advise the best course of action on a deal-by-deal basis
Monitor and leverage historical operating results to inform future acquisitions decisions
Assist in various parts of the deal flow process to support the team in accomplishing acquisition targets
Manage the due diligence process (deadlines) for properties targeted for acquisition and assemble information as directed
Assist team on various ad hoc projects as required
