Responsibilities
- Analyze data and historical volumes
- Forecast resource requirements
- Optimize capacity models
- Drive capacity planning process E2E from data collection and analysis
- Interact with stakeholders and report to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with capacity planning and forecasting
- Proficient in Excel (template management, data input, and analysis)
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Strategic mindset with ability to connect data to business goals
- Experience building or improving processes from scratch
- Able to apply past capacity planning experience to current needs
- Willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- Adaptable and thrives in a growing, evolving environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
