Requirements
- College Degree, Business or Finance preferred
- 3+ years of Processing/Operations experience
Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline capacity & assign new loans to current Team
- Directly supervise a team of 2-10 Processors
- Ensure proper quality, efficiency, and production from their Team
- Work closely with Sales to maintain pipeline movement
- Process loans as necessary to assist with any pipeline overflow
- Facilitate training of new employees
- Audit files for compliance throughout the loan process: RESPA/GFE, all applicable State/Federal tests, TILA & other required state specific disclosures
- Review loans for technical accuracy prior to delivery to Underwriting for Clear to Close
- Conduct regular Team meetings with staff
