Requirements
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years prior experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- At least 8 years’ experience in the Semiconductor Test industry.
- Technical experience in semiconductor test and DC or RF measurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share ideas effectively.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong inter-personal communications skills with the ability to influence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute New Product Introduction of the new solution.
- Work close with key customers as well as sales team for developing business opportunities led by the solution.
- Ramp up sales and support team that work effectively for selling and supporting the solution.
- Lead the continuous improvement of business strategy to achieve business goal.
- Contribute to the improvement of the solution by managing effective feedback-loop from customers to WTS.
- Work across functions including Sales, Order Fulfillment and R&D to achieve objectives.
