Requirements

  • 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership/people manager role within a tech SaaS startup environment
  • Proven track record of scaling recruitment functions in high-growth companies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Ensure optimal performance of the talent acquisition team through goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Implement and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and drive decision-making
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and leverage technology (ATS, sourcing tools, etc.) to streamline talent acquisition efforts
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic guidance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices and market trends
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and People Operations teams to enhance MaintainX’s employer brand through engaging job descriptions, social media presence, and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the initial contact through onboarding, positioning MaintainX as an employer of choice
  • Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost-effective hiring
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors, ensuring service levels meet company standards
