Requirements
- Obtain a Life & Health insurance license

- Ability to stay current on sales and marketing techniques and changes in state and federal law that affect the Company’s sales efforts and impact the insurance industry in general
- Experience in recruitment and management of insurance sales force
Responsibilities
- Recruiting new producers
- Training and developing producers
- Achieving premium growth objectives
- Servicing and conserving insurance in force
- Making qualified calls on groups with producers
- Providing enrollment support on new producers’ first accounts
- Maintaining positive working relationships with Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, Billing Support, Compliance, Commission Accounting, Home Office personnel, and Allstate Field Management
- Contributing to effective relationships between producers and Home Office departments
- Analyzing markets and formulating recruiting programs
- Helping producers bring value to their existing book of business and develop new opportunities
- Implementing and monitoring procedures to improve persistency of business written in assigned area
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- CEBS, CLU, and/or ChFC (Preferred)
- Life and Health license (Preferred)
