Financial Operations Analyst

2-4 years’ experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Analytics
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency in Excel required
Competency in SQL preferred
Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker) preferred
Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction on multiple endeavors at once

You will spend 75% of your time focused on pricing analyses and strategies centered around margin predictability. The other 25% of your time will be allocated to transformative projects, with the goal of operationalizing processes around our new systems
Maintain and analyze our Medical and Rx pricing models utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Excel and PowerBI
Drive the direction of pricing strategy and operations through in-depth analyses to better ensure billing accuracy
Strategize and deliver solutions for the Finance organization to promote growth and address the evolving needs of our business
Partner with business unit stakeholders to define project scope and primary objectives based on business outcome expectations that will impact FP&A, Accounting and Claims Collections
Assist in the design and execution of training team members on how to use the operational tools
