Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience is required.
- Ability to identify insights from data and create actionable next steps required.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex reporting and processes required.
- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain contracting practices preferred.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics with the ability to use data to tell a story and present the story in a succinct way using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with provider organizations, including executives, to promote engagement and adoption of Captis programs.
- Research and interpret financial analysis, market trends, and consult with subject matter experts to formulate strategic recommendations.
- Conduct ongoing program performance.
- Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders, which may include leadership, while providing appropriate resolution and recommendations.
- Support the Member Engagement team to monitor and communicate opportunities which are part of the Captis membership requirements.
- Present savings initiatives and contracting updates at engagement meetings.
- Develop, maintain, and mentor others to create strong relationships with suppliers, and internal and external customers across all product and service lines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain contracting practices preferred.
