Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate, financial planning & analysis, and BI reporting is required.
Proficiency in creating and analyzing complex pivot tables for data reporting and insights.
Proficient in Power BI, Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and understanding relational databases.
Experience using spreadsheet programs (including Microsoft Excel) and presentation programs (including PowerPoint).
Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
Advanced Excel modeling skills, including financial projections and scenario analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
Detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with others.

Support the Asset Management team by reporting, analyzing, and forecasting property financials.
Synthesize data to aid in the formulation of strategic asset plans.
Develop and maintain Power BI models and dashboards to guide capital allocation decisions.
Collaborate with business end-users to define requirements for BI reports and dashboards.
Create detailed financial models for capital investments and assist in underwriting projects that generate revenue.
Prepare both routine and special reports and presentations for senior management that provide insight and support decision-making processes.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments to ensure the achievement of key objectives.
Gather and analyze market data to prepare comprehensive market analyses.
